great location and friendly staff
prime location helpful team clean room
The hotel location is near taksim square. i found it a major plus as the bus stop is close. They were helpful. our room was clean, and that was a big plus.
the soundproofing wasn't good, i could clearly hear conversations from other rooms.

the breakfast provided a good choice of fresh items. i thought it was very well laid out with plentiful options. this made for a strong start to the day.

Charming Stay in a Great Location
convenient location public transport floor heating many options
I found the hotel to be in a very convenient location near the main square. Public transport was easily accessible and many restaurants were nearby. The room was clean. I appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Breakfast offered many options that suited my taste..
The spa hours seemed a little short, limiting when I could fully benefit from the facilities.

The room was equipped with various toiletries, SUCH as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. The staff ensured all amenities were always replenished daily. The modern decor added to the overall appeal of the room.

The staff members were attentive and quick to respond to requests. There WAS one evening I enjoyed conversing with a staff member on the terrace. We drank tea together, and they shared local customs.

helpful staff delicious options daytime noise limited hours
The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options that I found delicious.
It created some noise during the day. The wellness area had limited hours, so I could not use it in the morning.
